Connected care for whole body health.
WHOLE-BODY HEALTH REQUIRES A TEAM-BASED APPROACH
If you feel caught between service providers, fragmented health advice, or are simply looking for a care team that can support your physical and mental health goals, you’re in the right space.
At Anchor Health Co. in Murrayville, Langley, we believe that patients need explanations (not guesswork) and that compassionate, coordinated care leads to better health and more confident living.
How It Works
Our Services
Naturopathic Medicine
Thoughtful, evidence-informed care focused on understanding the full picture of your health. Support for concerns like perimenopause and menopause, fatigue, digestion, mood, stress, or feeling “off” without clear answers.
Appointments may include lab testing and prescriptions when appropriate, along with personalized plans to support energy, sleep, digestion, and long-term hormonal health, especially helpful for women’s health, PMS, perimenopause, and menopause.
Chiropractic Care
Comprehensive assessment and evidence-informed treatment for neck and back pain, headaches, nerve irritation, joint stiffness, and recurring muscle tension.
Care may include soft-tissue mobilization, joint manipulation, and targeted exercises, all aimed at relieving pain, improving mobility, and restoring confidence in how your body moves and feels during everyday activities.
Physiotherapy
Hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation for sports injuries, chronic or recurring pain, mobility limitations, postural strain, and recovery after injury or surgery.
Care may include manual therapy, dry needling/IMS (when appropriate) and strengthening exercises, with a focus on long-term function, safe return to movement, and building resilience, not just short-term symptom relief.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Gentle, informed care for pelvic health concerns, including pregnancy and postpartum recovery, bladder or bowel changes, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, and core weakness.
Our approach focuses on helping you understand what’s happening in your body, rebuild strength, reconnect with your pelvic floor muscles, and feel more comfortable, supported, and confident over time.
Clinical
Counselling
Supportive, evidence-informed counselling for stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep challenges, emotional overwhelm, chronic pain, and life transitions.
A calm, compassionate space to feel heard, make sense of what you’re experiencing, build a practical toolkit, and feel more supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Multidisciplinary care means you have access to different healthcare providers - including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists, pelvic floor physiotherapists, and registered clinical counsellors - who work together when it’s helpful.
At Anchor Health Co. in Port Moody, this approach allows us to create clear, connected care plans for active adults managing pain or hormonal concerns, without the frustration of fragmented care.
-
Yes, but only with your consent. Our team collaborates behind the scenes to make sure your care is aligned and efficient. This means fewer repeated explanations for you and a more coordinated plan that reflects the full picture of your health.
-
Evidence-based care means our recommendations are guided by current scientific research, clinical experience, and your individual goals.
At Anchor Health Co., we combine modern, science-aligned healthcare with clear communication and compassionate support, so you understand why something is recommended and how it fits into your life.
-
Some services may involve additional costs, such as lab testing, supplements, or medications. We always discuss these ahead of time so you understand your options and can make informed decisions that fit your budget - no surprises.
-
You’ll book directly with the practitioner you’re seeing, either online or through our clinic team. Appointments are focused, unrushed, and designed to give you clear next steps. We’ll explain what’s happening, why it matters, and how it fits into your life.
-
Each practitioner has their own appointments, but your care doesn’t happen in isolation. When appropriate, providers communicate and align your plan so treatments complement each other and move you forward efficiently.
-
We don’t offer bundled packages, as each provider and treatment plan is individualized. Our focus is on recommending the right care (not more care) and helping you build a plan that’s sustainable and effective.
-
Our clinic primarily focuses on adults. Some practitioners may see older children or teens on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll help guide you.
-
No. There’s no long-term commitment required. Some people benefit from ongoing care, while others come in for shorter-term support. We’ll make recommendations based on your goals, and you’re always in control of how you proceed.
